We are here to help our customers have a quick, efficient, and smooth inspection experience. Here you will find a checklist of the items that are required and will be covered in your inspection. Make certain that everything is in proper working order before the inspector arrives to ensure an efficient, successful inspection.
Please double-check all is in order before the inspector arrives:
- All lightbulbs are working
- Water Temp 110 degrees or more
- Pressure/Temp Relief valve at the water heater
- Boiler/Furnace have safety devices
- No missing tiles or holes in the shower surround.
- Properly caulked and sealed
- Toiler working properly
- GFCI in bathrooms
- Overloaded extension cords
- Smoke and CO detectors at bedrooms
- No holes in walls or roofs
- No deteriorated chipping paint
- Free of Pests or necessary remedial measures have been taken
- General safe and sanitary habitation, including no beds in rooms without egress.
